The guillotine is a front headlock choke where you wrap your arm around your opponent's neck from the front, grip your hands, and squeeze while arching back. It can be a blood choke (high elbow version) or air choke (arm-in version). It's commonly applied when they shoot for a takedown or from guard. The Marcelotine (named after Marcelo Garcia) uses a chin strap grip for maximum effectiveness.
