The ezekiel choke (sode guruma jime) uses one arm around the back of the opponent's neck while the other hand threads through the sleeve of the first arm to apply pressure across the throat. Named after Brazilian judoka Ezequiel Paraguassu who used it extensively. It can be applied from mount, inside guard, and even side control. The no-gi version uses a fist pressed against the throat.
