Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1 Start on all fours with hands under shoulders and knees under hips.

  4. 4 Exhale and round your back pushing it toward the ceiling for cat pose.
  5. 5 Tuck your chin and tailbone under.
  6. 6 Continue alternating between cat and cow with your breath.
