Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. 1 Straddle the sandbag on the floor.
  2. 2 Squat down and grip the bag with both arms wrapped around it.
  3. 3 Explosively stand up, cleaning the bag to your chest.
  4. 4 Adjust your grip and press the bag overhead.
  5. 5 Lower the bag back to your chest.
  6. 6 Return the bag to the floor with control.
