Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Mattime account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete from the App

You can delete your account directly from the Mattime app:

1. Open the Mattime app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Account Management
4. Select Delete Account
5. Confirm your decision

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please contact us:

Please include the email address associated with your Mattime account in your request. We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture, belt rank)
• All training session data and history
• Your goals and progress records
• Social connections and friend lists
• Any other data associated with your account

Important Notes

• This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
• You will lose access to any premium features or active subscriptions.
• If you have an active subscription, please cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play Store to avoid future charges.
